Product Operations provides people, process and technology services to our internal and external customers for critical multi-functional initiatives and operations. Our scope includes project management, systems & process analysis and data operations in support of our Customer Experience organization.
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing large cross-functional strategic initiatives, from initiation through adoption.
The primary responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager:
Project management of large, cross-functional strategic initiatives
Manage development of processes and tools associated with these programs
Ensure on-time delivery of projects, with high quality
Cross-functional coordination within CH
Communication and coordination with all stakeholders
Budget management of the project
Process and workflow definition and optimization
Prioritization of enhancements and projects
You are a fit for the Senior Project Manager position at Collective Health if:
Proficient with project management tools, Smartsheet preferred
Fluent with Gsuite applications
7-10 years experience implementing and managing complex technical/process projects
Ability to speak and connect with both technical and business personnel, at all levels
Ability to make progress, recommendations and decisions with incomplete information
Ability to understand, analyze and envision an end-to-end process
Identify, evaluate and lead teams through prioritization activities
Ability to balance a variety of inputs into a cohesive approach
Ability to be effective in a matrix management environment
Excellent analytical skills
Experience working with external vendors
Member and client focused (customer centricity)
You enjoy a fast paced team environment and adapt well to change by adjusting priorities as needed
You have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
You are process oriented and have experience building and improving processes
