Your Opportunity

Stantec is looking for a highly motivated Senior Project Manager with municipal water / wastewater treatment or pipeline, and pump station experience . The successful candidate will use his/her technical and project management capabilities to manage and supervise engineers and technical staff to ensure that the projects' needs are met in a timely and effective manner. You will lead a team of professionals in the design and construction of water and wastewater projects in various phases from conceptual planning, through design, construction, and start up ensuring reliability across all technical field represented and resource efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Additionally, you'll have client facing responsibilities working closely and meeting regularly with municipal officials, public, and contractors to review project needs and coordinate field conditions.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage design professionals and technicians

• Management of projects of varying complexity within multidisciplinary teams Mentor and supervise staff and develop high-performing project teams

• Assist with business development pursuits including proposal preparation and participation in interviews

• Interact with clients and management regarding status of project scope, schedule, and budget
