Senior Project Manager (Building Construction)

We are looking for a Construction Project Manager that is able to manage new building and turn key building construction projects.  Our client is a well established organization that is growing and looking to add an additional team member.  You will manage new building projects for industrial and manufacturing clients. The ideal Project Manager will have experience in the following areas;

• Ground Up Construction 
• Turn Key building projects
• Design, Engineering knowledge
• Site Utility and Foundation knowledge
• Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) Scopes.
• Submittals and Permitting Procedures
• Sub-Contractor Management 
• Customer Facing and Main Point of Contact

Preferred skills include:
Would be able to manage ground-up, turn key projects including:

• Design, Engineering, Submittals, and Permitting Processes
• Site Utility Work
• Foundations
• Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing Scopes
