Senior Project Manager-Bridges/Structures

About the Company: Our client is an established and rapidly growing heavy civil construction company specializing in the construction of bridges, structures, and highways.

The company manages about $200 million in annual revenue, and has been a leader in heavy civil construction in Ohio and other parts of the Midwest for decades. About the Position: The senior project manager will be a leader in implementing the company’s growth strategies by crafting them into an actionable operational plan.

He or she will oversee the day-to-day activities of the company’s bridge and structures division, as well as estimating, and will be responsible for the profitable completion of projects to meet the company’s goals. Safety will be a top priority and sound financial stewardship will be a must. The senior project manager will be a management representative that will be a liaison with all of the company’s teams, including upper management. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent discipline. • A minimum of 7 years of experience in the construction of Structures/Bridges. • A minimum of 3 years of supervision and estimating experience. • Demonstrated history of healthy financial stewardship and budgeting.
