Your Team: The Sr Manager, Program PMO provides business and technical leadership for major, high-complexity programs within the GBU, leading project teams through the identification, justification, prioritization, initiation, development, and implementation processes. Your Role:

In this role you will accountability for project schedule, budget, risks, and interact with all functions and levels of management ensuring effective communications. The Senior Program Manager interacts and influences senior internal and external partners, makes launch date commitments to businesses, and handles stakeholder expectations with regards to Baxter deliverables during the program. This role will develop core team and project/program management capabilities across the organization.

What youll be doing: • Accountable for cross-functional core team performance, program schedule execution and budget commitments targeting the delivery of new or existing products • Leads team in defining program strategies, developing goals, and orchestrating team appraisal process. • Provides clear direction on Product Development Process requirements to meet expectations of external customers and business collaborators within our Quality Management System framework • Ensures identification and communication of project risks, development of risk plan and proactive management of risk response strategies by applying critical thinking • Anticipates potential conflict situations for proactive solutions and leads difficult situations to result in win-win outcomes. • Enhances business results through continuous improvement in organizations ability to implement programs from identification through implementation. • Manage cross-functional Core team complexities demonstrating leadership, good listening skills, problem solving and fostering collaboration and inclusiveness. • Prepare and/or support in cost estimates, resources needs, budget projections, project plans, and other project spcific documentation • Lead Project Gate reviews and participate in technical design reviews • Coordinate Project Core Team meetings and management status update reviews as required • Champion Product Development Process and project management techniques assiting and coaching other project Leaders and sharing knowledge and experience in internal project management forums What youll bring: • MBA/MS or bachelor’s degree. • 10 years of product life cycle experience • 7 years project management experience with shown success leading multi-site, global or enterprise-wide programs in the medical products industry. • Must have solid understanding Medical Device Product Lifecycle (ISO 13485 and FDA QS Regulation 21 CFR Part 820) • PMI or IPMA or equivalent certification is preferred. • Business Acumen • Role Model of Vital Behaviors and Leadership Essentials. • Expertise in all aspects of program management. • Proven ability to supervise and develop others. • Ability to communicate and present optimally using a wide variety of skills, tools and vehicles. • Ability to run cross-functional teams simultaneously in a matrix environment. • The role thus requires the person to be self-motivated, have good social skills, be capable of analyzing and solving sophisticated problems through entrepreneurial thought and experience. • Ability to travel up to 25% of time. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices.

The estimated base salary for this position is $136,000 to $187,000.00 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change.

Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
