QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in relative field
• 5+ years of Management experience

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive successful implementation of strategic initiatives

o Initially, this will be focused on building expansion (quotes/ROI analysis, funding, layout, project management, etc.)

• Assist GM on varied projects, become a like-minded extension to the GM

o Be technically knowledgeable, well versed in CMMs and able to help make informed decisions

• Bridge the gap to break silo mentality and drive a team-centric approach

• Develop and drive useful KPIs with which to successfully manage aggressive growth projections

• Drive a data-based, ERP-centric approach to planning workflow

• Utilize ERP system for Material Resource Planning (MRP) as a Master Scheduler

• Become a Pentagon super-user, help drive Planning project to completion (paperless, wireless planning capturing all parts)

• Drive a functional understanding of where bottlenecks are and increase our ability to anticipate and mitigate

• Customer interface, potentially taking on Program Management responsibility as needed

• Lean focused- worthwhile cost extraction, targeting specific high yield areas

• Overall facility oversight
