ASRC Federal NetCentric Technology is a premier provider of systems engineering, software engineering, system integration and product support services for Army C5ISR mission-critical systems.

We are seeking a Senior Project Management Specialists to manage performance, cost, and schedule of all Integrated Product Support deliverables to include PPL, EDFP, IETM, TSP, IMI, IK TB, and MAC.

Roles/Responsibilities:

  • Manages staffing and tracks internal and external suspense and correspondence.

  • Tracks and ensures responses to all tasks received across the organization.

  • Receives direction, technical guidance, and leadership necessary to accomplish the mission.

  • Possesses a working knowledge of the planning process and project management.

  • Assists in the definition of and documentation of processes into standard operating procedures or other written procedures.

  • Assures integrated and coordinated short-term, mid-term, and long-range planning on projects and tasks.

  • Initiates, develops, revises, recommends, and ensures implementation of policies, plans, procedures, and directives.

  • Identifies existing or potential problem areas within the area of operations and recommends corrective action.

  • Advises and assists higher-level staff pertaining to assigned program, briefing preparation, and objectives.

  • Collaborates internally and externally and provides advice and support to the organization leadership, staff, and program manager on any assigned programs/projects for stakeholder engagements, briefings, reports, etc.

  • Assists in accomplishing detailed planning for complex management projects, issues, and initiatives.

Provides support for risk analysis and tracking of cost, schedule, performance of projects/programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.

  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in management.

  • Ability to perform a wide variety of analytical and administrative duties in support of the organization.

  • Possesses knowledge which includes planning, risk management, and program analysis.

  • Current Secret Clearance.

Additional Requirements:

  • Six (6) additional years of direct relevant technical experience or relevant military service may be substituted for education or four (4) additional years of direct relevant technical experience or relevant military service with an associate degree.

VIEW JOBS 11/24/2022 12:00:00 AM 2023-02-22T00:00 <p>ASRC Federal NetCentric is a premier provider of systems engineering, software engineering, system integration and product support services for Army C5ISR mission-critical systems.</p><p>We are seeking a Senior Acquisition Specialists to support Project Manager, Positioning Navigation and Timing (PM PNT) Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) Support Services by providing administrative, business management, programmatic, contracting, information technology (IT), program management, engineering, logistics, test and evaluation (T&amp;E), training, operations, security, technology protection, foreign military sales, and acquisition and strategic planning services.</p><p>Roles/Responsibilities:</p><p>Responsible for performing the following:</p><ul><li><p>Assist in drafting SOOs, SOWs, PWSs, performance specifications, and associated solicitation documentation for PM PNT products.</p></li><li><p>Maintain contract metrics derived from ongoing and planned PM PNT contracting activities.</p></li><li><p>Provide inputs to establish classified and unclassified PM PNT contract schedules and milestones.</p></li><li><p>Develop and coordinate classified and unclassified briefing materials for use in program status, contracting, financial, and acquisition reviews.</p></li><li><p>Attend program status, contracting, financial and acquisition reviews.</p></li><li><p>Provide technical expertise and support to the full spectrum of International Security Cooperation, Foreign Military Sales (FMS), and Export control activities.</p></li><li><p>Conduct administrative and analytical tasks to support development of Technology Transfers, Delegated Disclosure Authority Letters (DDL), Third Party Transfer requests, and Committee on Foreign Investment in the U.S. (CFIUS) submissions.</p></li><li><p>Analyze and manage all aspects of FMS casework in accordance with the Arms Export Control Act, the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) as well as applicable DoD Acquisition policy guidance.</p></li><li><p>Assist with planning, organization, and control of FMS case requirements, as well as future sustainment support.</p></li><li><p>A bachelor's degree in a specialized field with 10 years' experience or a master's degree in a specialized field with 8 years' experience, or military service in a related MOS (or equivalent classification) with 15 years' experience in DoD acquisition programs; and developing, reviewing and presenting briefings to senior management.</p></li><li><p>Experience in planning, developing, reviewing, and tracking Acquisition Requirement Packages for Government approval, IAW the FAR, DoD, Army, ASA(ALT) and PEO guidelines.</p></li><li><p>Current TS/SCI Clearance.</p></li></ul> Asrc Federal Holding Company Aberdeen Proving Ground MD
