Manages medium to large projects or programs and/or oversees multiple components of large size projects.
Creates and administers project and/or program plan and determines scope and deliverables based on interpretation of guidelines and templates.
Identifies resources needed, assembles project/program team, assigns individual responsibilities.
Interprets, analyzes and recommends options for moderately complex governance and portfolio decisions.
Gathers, synthesizes and presents requested information to establish standards and report discrepancies.
5+ years hands-on project management and execution experience
Excellent track record for managing resolution of problems under pressure/time constraints
Adept at working with distributed teams
Experience with managing offshore teams and/or vendors
Manages focused project recovery activities including quick situational analysis, needs assessment, senior leader engagement and hands-on collaboration, along with issue, risk and change management
Prior experience with PeopleSoft Financials modules and/or accounting concepts or systems/applications
Experience working with Property & Casualty applications
Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies
Ability to effectively interface and communicate with multiple levels within the organization/enterprise
Working independently and able to manage large scale projects
