ResponsibilitiesMAXIMUS is currently looking to add a Senior Project Lead to our team in Phoenix, AZ. The CCO Program Requirements Management Project Lead (Sr.
Analyst, Program) supports the Manager of Program Requirements Planning to ensure that Statement of Work requirements are fully implemented into operations, program assets inventoried and tracked, a comprehensive risk management plan is standardized throughout the CCO, executive reports are prepared and delivered, recurring customer deliverables are provided, and special projects (such as site startups/ramp downs) are executed on schedule. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides technical, administrative, and operational leadership to assigned task(s), such as CCO site ramp up and ramp down efforts or special projects for the CCO Vice President.
Supervises 10-15 staff (on average) in a matrixed environment as the designated project lead for site ramp up and ramp down activities. Oversee program asset management and ensure compliance with government furnished property (GFP) requirements.
Submit purchase requisitions (PRs) on behalf of the CCO program and ensure compliance with company and customer requirements.
Participates in the development of technical project plans, proposals, reports, task orders, and administrative reporting. Provides writing and editing support for proposals and contract modifications, coordinating required efforts with Contracts, Finance, Pricing, and Proposal Services to develop schedules, plan reviews, prepare for production, and meet delivery deadlines. Coordinates development of contractually required customer deliverables such as weekly status report, bi-weekly at a glance report, self-evaluation report, and standard operating procedures.
Plans, manages, and fulfills requests for required internal corporate reporting, ad hoc executive briefs, or ad hoc external briefs to ensure consistency of message. Coordinate data collection from appropriate subject matter experts. Ensures quality assurance and tracking of on-time submission of project deliverables.
Maintains current knowledge and resource library of key program processes, documents, relevant technology, and decisions. Interacts with other functional areas, vendors, other agencies, and other contract staff on behalf of the client to fulfill CCO contract requirements. Conducts planning and provides recommendations to program leadership for delivery to the client on contract requirements.
Supports the CCO risk management system by providing technical and administrative support to functional areas to ensure compliance with the program standard. Conducts lessons learned/after action reviews for each project and makes recommendations for process improvements. Attends customer meetings, as directed.EDUCATION / EQUIVALENT TRAINING:
Bachelor's degree in a related business or technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience. Project Management Professional (PMP) suggested. EXPERIENCE: Knowledge of CCO contractual requirements preferred. 5-8 years of related experience.
Experience supervising and leading teams/projects to accomplish a goal. Effective administrative, organizational, and project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to identify problems, assess impacts, and recommend solutions. High degree of confidentiality. Ability to interact with external and internal customers.

Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
