We are currently looking for a Senior Project Lead

This is a Mid-level opportunity for a professional pursuing a rewarding career in market research. This position will directly support Ipsos' clients in delivering the highest quality research and advisory services and will be responsible for the management of research projects across a broad array of categories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making projects happen: Coordinating and managing custom survey research projects on time and on budgets, liaising on a regular basis with all key internal operations groups (data collection, data processing) to ensure that reliable results are delivered to client in a timely, cost-efficient manner

  • Assisting in the design of research instruments (questionnaires, quotas, sampling) including implementing feedback into execution of study and validating survey links.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects at all phases of cycle with the ability to maintain strong schedules and deadlines.

  • Data analysis planning and data verification including understanding of cross-tabulation plans, verifying datasets, and understanding of basic dataset manipulation.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients by responding to queries and providing updates per client requests.

Ideal Candidate Has The Following Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with specialization in Social Sciences, Marketing, Communications, Math or Statistics, or related field of study is preferred.

  • Proficient with MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). High proficiency in Excel

  • Experience with SPSS preferred.

  • Demonstrated capacity to work as a team member and engage in continuous learning.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational and time management skills, including balancing multiple priorities. It is important to be able to work well independently and autonomously within a strong team environment.

  • Self-motivated individual who thrives in deadline-driven environment.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally verbally and in writing (emails, memos).

  • Most importantly, we are looking for someone eager to learn and completes tasks on time.

Must be relentless in exceeding customer expectations while obtaining strategic cost savings. They make decisions that enhance outcomes. Improving scripting and collateral used by contractors to communicate with customers. When all work is complete and fully vetted, approval granted by senior management. Leads are given a desired outcome and then think creativity to implement. For example, when grooming tools are in development and we cannot migrate customers, employees find another way through IN/OUT orders to accomplish cost savings. They give direction to the provisioning and operation teams to ensure all migrations and disconnects get worked to completion. This often involves them working with other groups and joining customer calls to determine the correct course of action. Communication with challenging intelligent customers is paramount and they must have firm understanding of the latest technology and project management skills. The ideal migration manager is 50% sales/service skills (engaging customers to migrate) and 50% project management/telecom. * Performing End to End customer migrations. * Developing the process and procedures to execute on cost savings initiatives. * Providing cross functional management of resources. * Leading calls and successfully manage projects. * Navigating complex customer migrations. * Creating successful processes and assisting with management of contractors and internal stakeholders to achieve success. * Creative several versions of talk tracks to anticipate different scenarios. What we're looking for... You'll need to have: * Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience. * Four or more years of relevant work experience. * Experience with Microsoft Office Suite with knowledge of Excel. Even better if you have: * Master's degree. * Experience in the technology and/or telecommunications industry. * A professional certification (PMP). * Knowledge of corporate financial planning, reporting & analysis, and costing/profitability methodologies and processes. * Ability navigating multiple internal systems to identify and execute complex migrations. * Ability to work with cross-functional teams. * Knowledge of key systems such as Optima, eASR, PC, BGW, Order Entry, TCOMS, FRR, and VECRM. * Proficiency in Essbase, Smart View, Hyperion Planning, and Hyperion Strategic Finance. * Excellent communication skills and ability to focus on the details. * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. * Ability to handle large quantities of data and create Excel pivots, VLOOKUP, etc. When you join Verizon...
