Vanir Construction Management, Inc. is seeking a part-time or full-time Senior Project Director to join the team in the Seattle, Washington area. This position will serve public works projects in the Seattle, Bellevue, and Tacoma regions.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for leading business development efforts in the assigned area
Leads the team of project managers and construction managers focused on municipal public works projects, energy and transportation projects, and other similar governmental-type projects in Washington state
Performs other duties as required
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent is required
20 years of experience in Project Management in the Seattle, Washington area
Knowledge of the local construction market and public contracting rules
Has extensive experience overseeing large capital programs for major public institutions
Registration as an Architect or Professional Engineer is preferred
Certified Construction Manager preferred
