Creation and coordination for sophisticated, efficient, and innovative designs Coordinating project development with the project manager and assist with all project efforts, both technical and administrative to ensure successful completion Production and coordination of working drawings Keeping of document records of the design and construction drawing processes Laying groundwork for the successful organization and kick-off for a project Coordinating the preparation and delivery of project deliverables, design documents, and bid packages Assist in the review, processing and tracking of all RFI’s, Submittals, Shop Drawings and related consultant reviews and responses and jurisdictional permitting Monitoring and distributing internal and external project communications as requested Meeting deadlines, removing obstacles, and participating in design team meetings Coordinating with consultants on each phase of the project and communicate any updates and changes Collaborating with architectural and administrative team members within the office Knowledge and application of current building, zoning, fire protection and jurisdictional code requirements SKILLS REQUIRED Extensive knowledge and experience with Autodesk Revit Excellent written, oral and organizational skills Strong interpersonal skills, and an ability to collaborate with others in a deadline driven environment Proactive attitude QUALIFICATIONS 5-8 years of professional experience Licensure preferred but not a requirement Bachelor’s degree in architecture from an accredited program (or equivalent professional experience) Interested in hearing more?
