Mentor, provide direction and leadership to individual design team members Demonstrate expertise exploring and integrating sustainable design strategies Collaborate with team members and colleagues to promote an inter-disciplinary design approach and philosophy Provide design and sustainability guidance to Owner and internal team Be a key participant in leading our market sectors Excel in verbal and digital communication Requirements: 10 years of experience in an architecture design firm Architectural License is required Demonstrate passion for design thinking Outstanding graphic presentation and verbal presentation skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management and mentoring skills Demonstrate knowledge of 3D modeling and documentation tools including Revit, Sketchup, and Adobe Suite General knowledge of the total project process including team management, schedule, and budget Ideal candidate has experience in the following markets: Higher Education, K-12, and/ or Healthcare Interested in hearing more?
