Senior Project Accountant

LOOKING TO INTERVIEW THIS WEEK Responsibilities Month-end financial statement close: o Cash Reconciliation o Payroll Reconciliation o Credit Card Reconciliation o Prepaid Reconciliation o Fixed Assets Reconciliation o Other Assets Reconciliation o AR/Revenue Reconciliation o Intercompany Reconciliation & Elimination o Expense Analytics Purchase Order “PO” generation Experience with job costing and identifying direct/indirect expenses Assist with the preparation of monthly financial statements Provide support during annual external financial statement review Provide ad-hoc support to finance, project management and operations as needed Requirements BS Degree preferred 3 years’ experience Project accounting/construction industry experience highly preferred Advanced Excel experience Viewpoint experience (or similar construction GL platform) Self-motivated and able to deliver on tasks Attention to detail, deadline-oriented, and reliable Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to communicate positively & effectively Basic mathematical and problem-solving skills Business or Accounting degree preferred
