Cornerstone Services, Inc. has an opening for a Senior Programmer Analyst in West Chester, Ohio.

Duties: Gather data for preparation of specifications and time estimates for systems development.

Gather information to aid in problem determination/resolution and prepare required documentation for vendor resolution. Prepare written test plans and document test results. Prepare new/modified processes for production environment, including documentation, job scheduling, and report distribution.

Code, prepare test data, test, and debug programs. Participate in major upgrades to packaged software. Work with end users to develop best practices and business processes.

Participate or lead training on business functionality for system end users. Coordinate or lead all, or portions of, technology projects. Provide after business hours systems support, as part of the IT on-call rotation.

Work with the Warehouse Management Systems Management, other members of the WMS team, and systems users. Work with IT Infrastructure and Operations teams, other Applications Development teams and vendors.

Employer will accept Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, followed by five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in a related occupation. Experience must include working with: (1) Manhattan Associates WMi (PkMS); (2) AS400 / ISeries environment; (3) RPGLE / RPG1V / RPGIII / CL ILE; (4) DB2 / SQL; (5) SDA; (6) Sub files; (7) Schaefer Systems International (SSI) automated warehouse systems; (8) BMC; (9) Control M; (10) Crystal Reports / Business Objects; (11) .NET; (12) HTML; (13) Siebel Order Management; (14) Retek / Oracle Retail; (15) Microsoft Project; (16) Sharepoint; and (17) Jira.

The CMM / Calibration Programmer supports production operations by establishing inspection programs and performing CMM inspection &inspection/calibration on a variety of aircraft engine components as defined by customer order specifications with minimal supervision. In this role you will also maintain the accuracy of inspection, measuring and test equipment. Core Responsibilities: * Program and Operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (Zeiss) using Calypso and CMM Manager. * Interpret product drawings and models to achieve a proper and accurate measurement inspection process. * Work with engineering and shop personal to trouble shoot quality issues and assist in problem solving. * Support First Article Inspection and PPAP for New Product Introduction (NPI Projects). * Interact with Team Leaders, Engineers, Manufacturing Managers, and external customers regarding measurement inspection matters. * Perform statistical analysis (gauge R&R studies, capability studies)Organize measurement data into reports to be interpreted by internal and external customers. * Inspect and calibrate tools, gauges, fixtures, dies and special parts for dimensional accuracy. Issues gauge recalls for inspection and re-calibration. * Maintain the gauge control databases for gauge calibration scheduling. * Learn and adhere to required safety standards and procedures. * Work independently with minimal technical supervision. * Perform other job duties as necessary. Qualifications * Minimum of Three (3) years of a strong manufacturing background. * Minimum One (1) year of experience in all types of gauge calibration and inspection. * Calyspo CMM Programming experience required. * Thoroughly understand concepts of understand Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T). * Proficient in the use of calipers, micrometers, and other quality measurement tools – using judgement to determine the accurate measurement technique. * NX CAD experience, is a differentiator. * Experience in an ISO9001/AS9100 certified organization, preferred. * Demonstrates working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. * Strong mathematical aptitude; proficiency with geometry and trigonometry (machine shop math. * Ability to multi-task while demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills. * Interact and communicate in a professional and effective manner with internal stakeholders, customers and vendors. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong organizational and problem solving abilities. * Schedule and organize time and tasks effectively. * Understanding of tools and equipment. * Ability to work in a challenging and schedule driven environment.
