As our Senior Program Manager you will support a rapidly growing business sales partnership between Verizon Enterprise Solution and a handful key Fortune 500 business partners. You will specifically partner with Sales, Executive Leadership, Sales Operations, Strategic customer Engagement, Marketing, Custom pricing Operations, legal, Accounting, and Finance to drive deal velocity, scalability and visibility through specific deal management life cycle.

  • Develop and maintain project plans, identify resource needs, and manage project schedule; collaborate effectively across teams to define strategy, goals and commitment to timelines and deliverables.

  • Lead the definition, design and roll out of a new program or key new features.

  • Identify program goals and strategic initiatives at given timeframes.

  • Be the project lead to a product/tech team/business partner for the program and within the team.

  • Create stakeholder facing metrics, weekly executive summary and reporting.

  • Understand and discuss technical concepts, software services and manage tradeoffs.

  • Coordinate and manage acceptance testing including creation of test cases.

  • Oversee comprehensive testing of systems changes and development of standard operating procedures and process documentation.

  • Identify, assess, track and mitigate risks at multiple levels.

  • Partner with colleagues to develop processes and systems that are scalable.

  • Organization goals and metrics definition, tracking and reporting are we doing what we said we would be doing? How are we doing?

  • Organize business reviews and planning activities to drive business assessment and specific outcomes.

What we're looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.

  • Experience managing cross functional programs.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.

  • Five or more years of experience managing large scale, cross functional complex programs.

  • Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage tradeoffs.

  • Attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.

  • Capability to communicate verbally and written with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior leaders, across functions including the capability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.

  • Experience developing teamwork and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.

  • Track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Ability to solve difficult and complex problems.

  • Excellent skills with MS PowerPoint and Excel tables.

  • Extensive hands-on experience working across multiple disciplines, presenting findings to an executive audience and publishing findings in written format.

  • Results-oriented ability with a delivery focus.

  • Handled multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • The ability to think outside the box; passionate about your work, self-motivated, detail oriented and have excellent problem solving skills.

Job Summary This position is responsible for supporting CSO Project management by enabling the on-time delivery of clinical supplies projects across the Client portfolio. This role is primarily responsible for supporting CSO Project Manager's by developing and updating Study Supply Plans, managing various work streams with key service providers and working with internal departments to progress clinical supply projects. Develops and updates Study Supply Plans in close communication with CSO project Managers. 2. Responsible for the Clinical Label Development process which includes creation of master label text, translations, and label proofs. 3. Manages CMO documentation reviews (i.e, packaging Batch Record) review and approval process with Quality Assurance and other CSO personnel. 4. Works closely with Quality Assurance to obtain temperature excursion disposition to update impacted inventory in IRT and other related systems. 5. Oversees clinical site and depot inventories through the course of a study and ensures alignment with supply forecast and study requirements. Reviews IRT specifications, participates in UAT as requested and maintains settings in IRT to align with supply plans. 6. Coordinates authorized destruction of investigational products with approved vendors and obtains required documentation. 7. Vendor Management –supports Person in Plant (PIP) activities when packaging operations for DSI are in-process. Supports investigational product distribution activities at the vendor, including generation of drug orders, review of shipping documentation and obtaining approval to ship 8. Assists in the creation of SOP's and work instructions specific to CSO Supply Planning as requested. 9. Responsible for updating relevant Trial Master Files (TMF) with CSO-related documents 10. Supports the CSO PM in executing additional operational and logistical duties as discussed and agreed to by management. 11. Acts as point of contact for operational clinical supply matters during the course of a clinical trial including facilitating the review of temperature excursions.
