As our Senior Program Manager you will support a rapidly growing business sales partnership between Verizon Enterprise Solution and a handful key Fortune 500 business partners. You will specifically partner with Sales, Executive Leadership, Sales Operations, Strategic customer Engagement, Marketing, Custom pricing Operations, legal, Accounting, and Finance to drive deal velocity, scalability and visibility through specific deal management life cycle.

  • Develop and maintain project plans, identify resource needs, and manage project schedule; collaborate effectively across teams to define strategy, goals and commitment to timelines and deliverables.

  • Lead the definition, design and roll out of a new program or key new features.

  • Identify program goals and strategic initiatives at given timeframes.

  • Be the project lead to a product/tech team/business partner for the program and within the team.

  • Create stakeholder facing metrics, weekly executive summary and reporting.

  • Understand and discuss technical concepts, software services and manage tradeoffs.

  • Coordinate and manage acceptance testing including creation of test cases.

  • Oversee comprehensive testing of systems changes and development of standard operating procedures and process documentation.

  • Identify, assess, track and mitigate risks at multiple levels.

  • Partner with colleagues to develop processes and systems that are scalable.

  • Organization goals and metrics definition, tracking and reporting are we doing what we said we would be doing? How are we doing?

  • Organize business reviews and planning activities to drive business assessment and specific outcomes.

What we're looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.

  • Experience managing cross functional programs.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.

  • Five or more years of experience managing large scale, cross functional complex programs.

  • Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage tradeoffs.

  • Attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.

  • Capability to communicate verbally and written with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior leaders, across functions including the capability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.

  • Experience developing teamwork and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.

  • Track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Ability to solve difficult and complex problems.

  • Excellent skills with MS PowerPoint and Excel tables.

  • Extensive hands-on experience working across multiple disciplines, presenting findings to an executive audience and publishing findings in written format.

  • Results-oriented ability with a delivery focus.

  • Handled multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • The ability to think outside the box; passionate about your work, self-motivated, detail oriented and have excellent problem solving skills.

You will: * Create a leadership curriculum ranging across the entire leader lifespan (newly promoted, tenured, managers and managers, etc) that reinforces our operating principles and drives a culture of inclusion and belonging. * Design leadership programs and resources ranging from online learning materials to multi-day leadership and/or skill development workshops * Facilitate programmatic and custom design learning programs with excellent facilitator ratings * Assess individual, team and organizational learning needs, and develop impactful and scalable learning opportunities * Partner with HRBPs, senior leaders, and functional training leads to define learning needs and address with appropriate learning strategies * Build trust with leaders across the organization to foster a leader-influenced approach to learning and development * Run end-to-end program management of learning & development initiatives (in person, out of the classroom, or online) and processes based on learning strategies * Support the creation of standardized metrics and evaluation processes across learning programs to ensure data driven approach when evaluating and addressing learning needs * Ensure materials are up to date and relevant to ensure a seamless experience for learners (e.g., course outline, presentation materials, handouts, communications, guides, etc.) * Utilize the LMS to store course curriculum, capture program registration, and run reports on attendee completion status * Select and curate relevant leadership content for self directed global consumption. * Support a peer to peer program by training key leaders to facilitate sessions You have: * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience * 7+ years of work experience in a related field (Learning & Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development) Preferred qualifications: * 5+ years developing and leading training efforts with direct experience creating learning programs and facilitating leadership workshops * Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships across diverse range of stakeholders and to work across boundaries to build infrastructure * Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a passion for solving problems while being resourceful * Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills * Excellent organizational capabilities * Coaching certification a plus At Square, our purpose is to empower – within and outside of our walls.
