You will provide Front Office support to the Executive Leadership Team, and serve as a senior advisor. Your areas of focus will be on Business Process Improvement, Project Management, Financial Reporting and Strategy.Responsibilities:

• Support the coordination among disparate projects and teams to drive quality outcomes and facilitate technical progress towards the strategic objectives of the organization.
• Assist the IT Accessibility Group with data tracking, metrics, coordination, and administrative support to oversee team progress towards improved IT standards and goals.
• Facilitate action tracking to ensure that tasked items are completed, and responded to in a timely manner, using specified tracking protocol.
• Collaborate, coordinate, schedule, and prepare materials for internal training, conferences, and event planning.
• Provide analysis of technical matters and capabilities related to open source databases, budget forecasting, program analysis, briefings, strategic planning, and strategic evaluation.
