The Program Officer will work domestically to oversee the activities of the Cultural Antiquities Task Force.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Some CONUS and OCONUS travel may be required
The contractor should have the following skills:
Advanced academic degree (Masters or Ph.D.) in Archaeology, Art History, Cultural Resources Management, or related field
Knowledge of cultural heritage protection issues in U. S. government, law enforcement, museum, or academic settings
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience with handling contract, grants, and inter-agency agreements
Demonstrated ability to coordinate inter-agency cultural heritage activities
Work is generally sedentary, requiring routine walking, standing, bending and carrying items weighing up to 40 pounds
Majority of work is performed in a professional office setting with a wide variety of people with differing functions, personalities and abilities
