As a Senior Program Manager for Amazon's Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) Data-Tech Systems team, you'll join a dynamic team responsible for enhancing Amazon's safety management system. Central and site-level teams across Amazon's Global WHS and Operations organizations use this system to create, track and manage safety activities each day, including inspections, audits, compliance management, incidents and risk assessments. This helps ensure that our sites remain safe and compliant with health and safety requirements.
We are looking for a results-driven and innovative Senior Program Manager to support the end-to-end product lifecycle for Amazon's safety management system. You will contribute to goal-setting, intake, prioritization, requirements gathering, launch, and training support for the WHS organization. You will collaborate closely with customers and stakeholders to develop and launch effective solutions addressing their needs, and design effective communication mechanisms to keep stakeholders informed about priorities, progress, risks, and strategy. This role requires Program or Product management experience in complex, technical and regulatory environments, be detail-oriented, communication skills, and experience influencing both up and across to support cross-functional stakeholder groups.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
