JOB SUMMARY:

The Senior Project Manager Information Technology (IT) will lead multiple projects focusing on communication, schedules, budgets, milestones, risk and scope management, project quality, and team building. This person will be responsible for building a business model, establishing key business partnerships and leading a team to a successful IoT product launch. This role will be responsible for the management of projects from project conception through post implementation. These projects will be those of greater scope, complexity, risk, geographic, and segment impact.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.

  • Build a business model and architect a solution for IoT programs on the product roadmap.

  • Evaluate and establish partnerships with key businesses to enhance our internal capabilities.

  • Create and communicate project status, team and stakeholder meeting agendas, and other communication as required.

  • Utilize the Global methodology, Change Management Team, & project tools to identify all areas that could be impacted by projects.

  • Identify, assess, and control risks and plan responses to increase the likelihood of successful completion of projects.

  • Organize, manage, and lead the project team including working with resource managers to identify roles and responsibilities and assign work.

  • Mentor project team and stakeholders on Project Management Office (PMO) process and requirements.

  • Manage the planning, estimating, budgeting, financing, monitoring, and controlling of cost to enable projects to be completed within the approved budget.

  • Regulate the timely completion of projects using the Global methodology and various project management tools and techniques.

  • Facilitate, document, and oversee the project requirements to include scope changes.

  • With the assistant of the global purchasing team, maintain all procurement of products or services as required for projects.

  • Ensure that all aspects of the project are well coordinated, run smoothly, and produce the desired project management deliverables and artifacts. These include items such as the Project Management Plan, Project Schedule, Project Scope Change, and Project Status Reports.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Project Management or in a related field.

  • Ability to lead a team and drive a successful product launch.

  • Experience designing Internet of Things product solutions.

  • Five (5) or more years of experience in Project Management or in a related area.

  • Experience managing New Product Development through various stages of design, development and introduction.

  • Experience using Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools such as: Clarity, SharePoint, or ServiceNow.

  • Proficient with various web-based software applications Microsoft Office Project and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Proficient with Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) Project Management Principles.

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and terminology.

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to effectively communicate and all levels of the organization.

  • Strong customer focus and effective use of a consultative approach.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where requirements are constantly changing.

  • Detailed oriented.

  • Ability to travel up to 20%.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Eight (8) or more years of experience in Project Management or in a related area.

  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.

SUMMARY Responsible for all activities and personnel in any of the following Quality areas: Product Quality, Process Improvement, Supplier Quality and Manufacturing. Position may involve implementation of quality systems, maintaining ISO certifications and compliance, and overall quality control and responsibility of various departments at Oshkosh Corporation. Coordinate and work inter-functionally with Quality, Engineering, Contracts, Sales, and Manufacturing to resolve quality related issues 11. Create and assist in establishing, maintaining and certifying quality guidelines, processes and procedures. Promote awareness of procedures and quality systems within the organization 12.
