Position Overview

Pure Storage is seeking an enablement professional to lead Pure Storage's Technical Sales Enablement Process within Global Enablement.

The Senior Program Manager, Technical Sales Enablement Process will manage and oversee the delivery of the Four Pillars competency-based enablement program for systems engineers (SEs) = Core Role Skills, Pure's Platform, Solutions, and Verticals. This competency-based approach to improving and accelerating an SE's journey to expertise will realign new & existing training resources, courses, and experiences to a strong focus on measurable knowledge transfer, skill attainment, and behavior change.

To make the learning journey realignment successful, this program manager will work cross-functionally with Onboarding, Ongoing, and Certification program managers, as well as collaborate closely with Curriculum Development and Platform/tooling teams to ensure role-specific resources and training are developed, intuitive platforms and tooling guides learners in competence development, and effective reporting provides each SE and management with clear steps to career goals and mastery.

This critical role will also contribute to role-specific elements of the SE Manager's learning journey, working alongside the Sales Manager program manager in Sales Enablement. Working with key SE leaders, this individual will ensure the appropriate mixture of technical and professional development is developed and provided throughout the levels of the SE organization.

Responsibilities

Role Impact:

  • This role is successful when SEs engage in technical and professional learning opportunities that adhere to the Evergreen//SE Four Pillars, advance their career paths, and exceed customer expectations for technical selling.

  • This individual's contributions unifies their colleagues' contributions in onboarding and ongoing technical training programs, relevant accreditations and certifications, curriculum development, GSO onboarding, and platform delivery into a cohesive whole that sets a high enablement standard for the tech industry.

  • Impact in this role is multiplied by industry-leading project management techniques and practices to ensure the high quality & on-time delivery of technical training, experiences, and resources aligned to Global Enablement's KPIs.

  • This role partners with field leadership and SMEs, select vendors, and across Pure for seamless program strategy and communication, learning experience quality, and delivery of timely and relevant content.

Key Skills / Professional Competencies:

  • Strategic, with strong self-starter instincts and expertise to deliver quality program management, execution, and results.

  • A bias for action with hands-on expertise in program management, simplifying complex processes, and iterative execution that ensures delivered training meets or exceeds field expectations.

  • Collaborative, with a demonstrated ability to understand and influence the priorities of key stakeholders.

  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills across diverse audiences.

Qualifications

  • Program management contributions that consistently enabled sales excellence through the course design and delivery, professional development, and on-demand reporting.

  • 12+ years of enablement/sales training and/or enterprise technical sales experience; SaaS firm(s) preferred.

  • Excellent time management skills.

  • Successful stakeholder management while working on multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

  • Experience working with LMS and CMS tools and applications.

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience with industry accreditation(s).

Pay Range

USD $143,000.00 - USD $238,000.00 /Yr.

Pay Transparency Statement

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
