Polyis seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to join our Transformation Office (TO). The TO is a fast-paced organization focused on driving complex cross-functional initiatives in line with our Strategy and Vision to enable growth, build capabilities and drive sustainable change. We are rolling out Objectives and Key Results (OKR) as a methodology across the organization to drive focus and accountability. Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer (CTO), you will partner with the HR, to drive the company-wide rollout program with related training, processes and tools. You will understand the broader needs of the organization and ensure the TO properly engaged with the right strategic programs and projects to drive OKR adoption.

This position coordinates the activities of cross-functional stakeholders and 3rd party vendors moving forward, including strategic vision, requirements identification and definition, communications and enablement content and business process change management. You will routinely interact with senior leaders and meaningfully contribute to one of the business's top priorities. Your day to day

  • Build and develop the OKR Program and its delivery throughout the organization - become the corporate OKR evangelist

  • Communicate program objectives, goals, and progress to all levels of the organization

  • Manage the results alignment cycle and cadence of OKRs and reinforce operating rhythm

  • Set and maintain transparency standards across the org and ensure cross-functional team alignment and enable self-forming teams

  • Manage results systems, data flows and analytics to surface and improve results

  • Foster a common results language Institutionalize a common vocabulary and measurement competency. Establish and improve common units of measure, metric quality, and integrity.

  • Work with HR, IT and 3rd party vendors to establish enterprise OKR learning programs

  • Cultivate an outcome mindset with learning programs that support shift to outcome mindset

  • Work with Comms team to set executive communications agenda and content

  • Partner with HR and other stakeholders to build and reinforce culture and behavior shifts

  • Create recognition rhythm for best possible outcomes and high-learning teams

  • Build and enable a network of OKR champions and coaches; coordinate regular knowledge sharing.

  • Work independently with little or no direct supervision

  • Be hands-on, detail-oriented and proactive in leading teams to resolve program issues and impediments in a timely manner, effectively communicate, manage expectations and resolve conflicts working closely with team leads and executive business process owners

What you bring to the team

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is required.

  • Have 7-10 years of Project/Program Management experience or equivalent leading global, complex enterprise implementations

  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, self-motivated and independent critical thinker with ability to influence stakeholders and guide team during conflicting situations to stay focused on business goals and priorities under pressure and tight deadlines.

  • Advanced knowledge/experience with Microsoft Professional Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Microsoft Project and Microsoft Teams.

  • Certification or Knowledge of Agile Methodology a plus.

  • Possess a proven track record of successfully delivering increasingly complex projects from end to end, taking direct responsibility for project outcomes.

  • Excellent organizational, written, oral and interpersonal communication skills, with keen attention to detail are a must.

  • Have a strong background in business and/or systems analysis with demonstrated success in cost/benefit analysis, requirements analysis and business case development.

  • Strong communicator with effective presentation skills that can prepare and deliver formal presentations, and timely communications to all levels of management articulating project status, benefits, risk mitigations and more.

  • Have excellent group facilitation skills; you can shape and guide the process of working together with remote, global teams to accomplish common goals.

  • Are a natural leader with team building and partnering skills, able to influence without authority.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is between $132,000 to $170,000 based on a full-time schedule. The salary could vary beyond this range based on your specific skills and experience. This is an incentive-based role.
