NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Senior Program Manager to join our team in Washington, District of Columbia (US-DC), United States (US).

The PM will be responsible for instituting and maintaining a project management approach that will plan, organize, staff, and direct NTT DATA Services efforts.

The project manager will be responsible for overseeing Production Operations, Cyber Security Services, and Help Desk Support.

  • Develop the overall prioritization, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria

  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the schedule

  • Coordinate the day-to-day activities required to deliver all projects and deliverables on time

  • Host regular project meetings and deliver crisp status updates to all stakeholders

  • Manage external dependencies and logistics

  • Manage teams of contract support personnel, ability to work with multiple vendors

  • Maintain and manage the client interface at the senior levels of the client organization

  • Actively participate in client discussions, meetings, and business development opportunities

  • Be the Agile and DevOps evangelist for the team

  • Work with the program leadership to develop a roadmap to taking the program to DevOps and the Cloud in the


Minimum Education and Certifications

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

  • Graduate degree preferred.

  • PMP.

  • CSM or other agile/DevOps certification preferred.

  • ITIL Foundations or other IT Service Management certification preferred.


  • Strong ability to apply project management skills to oversee and manage a medium to large sized team and medium

to large sized portfolio.

  • Advanced people management skills including team building, performance management, pay management, conflict

management and talent management.

  • Demonstrates advanced ability in project program management including executing and managing the processes

and the interactions used to plan, acquire, assign, develop and manage the resources to operate.

Basic Qualification:

US Citizen or Green Card Holder and clearable
5 years: Program Manager-Manages a multi-project Program

JOB SUMMARY: The Sr. Program Manager oversees the Child and Adolescent Mobile Psychiatric Service (ChAMPS) program and is responsible for all aspects of the day to day operations of the program in accordance with the crisis model and the requirements of the DC Department of Mental Health Rehabilitation Services regulations. The Sr. Program Manager provides administrative supervision to the Master level Clinical Managers. The program provides a range of on-site crisis interventions up to and including psychiatric hospitalizations for those children who cannot regulate their behavior. This position is considered as essential personnel and will provide on-call coverage 24 hours/day; 7 days/week to supervisors and/or staff for consultation and support. ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: * Ensure that all program operations comply with the MHRS requirements and all programs achieve and maintain all required certifications, accreditations and licenses. * Represent ChAMPS in the community (DBH, CFSA, CCW, BHA, etc); ensuring effectiveness of the program. Establish and maintain positive working relationships with CFSA staff and others in the community. * Ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the Data Management System; providing monthly reports, annual goals and outcomes. * Ensure the clear definition and ingraining of the ChAMPS model into the culture of the program employees. * Ensure that the program provides outstanding service to all consumers; ensuring client and staff safety. * Work with administration to provide resources and support for the program to meet program standards. * Ensure agency adherence to all program components. * Develop skills in use of Credible or other data systems and programs. * Support Clinical Managers in implementing quality enhancement and improvement plans * Oversee program staffing to include hiring, on-the-job training, performance management , etc. of Clinical Managers. * Perform other job related duties as assigned. RequirementsEDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: * Master's degree in Social Work or related field * Relevant license pertaining to degree, i.e., MSW - Social Work License in the District of Columbia and Maryland (LICSW and LCSW-C) * Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with a minimum of 4 years providing direct services to children, adults and families focusing on crisis intervention, solution focused therapy in a family system's framework * Minimum of 3 years clinical supervisory and program management experience in a social services setting SKILLS and ABILITIES REQUIRED: * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Analytical and problem solving skills * Excellent interpersonal skills * Demonstrated clinical judgment and leadership skills * Management skills * Safe driving skills * Demonstrated cultural competence and cultural responsiveness * Proficient using Microsoft Office suite. * Knowledge of computer systems (MS Office products) is essential, including Excel and Outlook.
