Job Title: Senior Program Manager
Department: Program Management
Job Overview:
The Senior Program Manager provides enterprise-level support for Unigen products and services to designated customers, ensuring high quality service, operational performance and effective coordination and communication with the customer. Key KPI's are Project Performance Analysis, Team (CFT) Leadership, Customer Management, Manage Account Profitability. Reports to VP of Global Supply Chain and Program Management. Located at the Unigen Headquarters, Newark.
1.Plan, manage, and oversee enterprise-level support and service activities for company products and services for a designated client or group of clients
Coordinate component purchases; review, finalize, and submit quote to customer; build and manage ship schedule, manage material "clear-to-build" (CTB) and "build readiness review" (BRR) for every new build)
Coordinate manufacturing site selection, transfer and ramp plan; manage bill of material (BOM) change, process change and plan change, set safety stock
Coordinate production forecasts, schedules and commitments; manage material shortages and escalations, maintain price book and update master price log; manage quarterly buy down & cost discrepancy review, track POs, manage STD loads, review pricing; plan service delivery and drive proactive service and support processes to reduce client downtime and support costs; conduct risk assessment of the systems and processes required for the production/service
Track the RMA aging and push for completion within expected Turn Around Time (TAT); identify if the RMA is under warranty or special charge. If special charge, present rework quote to customer and request PO
Rework: manage quoting and execution
2.Ensure quality service and operational performance within the parameters of program and delivery standards
Perform excess material review on a monthly basis and prepare PPV summary on monthly basis
Conduct and present lead time analysis and prepare "waterfall" weekly forecast down to key vendors
Follow-up with accounts receivable on escalated cases for outstanding invoices
Propose and coordinate statements of work (SOW) and maintain and communicate Action Item Matrix for each program
Keep an updated dashboard including contact list, meeting schedule, shortages, Open Order Report, Excess Inventory report, open PPV, and other related issues
3.Develop and manage client relationship and business within the program
Proactively learn about client business, identify service needs
Effectively manage product margin and pricing for new products, drive E&O resolution
Report key business indicators and provide analysis on capital expenses
Propose business solutions and drive changes within the program
Manage and coordinate QBR upon customer request
4.Act as single point of client contact to coordinate resolution of service incidents and escalation of technical issues
Hold regular and ad-hoc customer meetings with all the stakeholders
Communicate customer's build or rework requirements to the internal team to ensure open items are addressed and resolved in a timely manner
5.Collaborate with sales and support groups to identify and communicate value of support offering to client
Drive the CFT (Customer Focus Team) by running regular meetings
Hold RMA meeting with internal team members to track status
Identify customer needs through making inquiries with the sales team and the customer
Other duties and responsibilities related to Program Management as assigned
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related study.
Minimum 5 years of Program Manager work experience in Contract Manufacturing environment.
Proficient in MS Office Suite: Word, Project, and PowerPoint.
Advanced knowledge of Excel a must.
Basic understanding of Backlog and MRP/ERP systems.
Working knowledge of PLM systems.
Salary Range: 110K - 140K/Year
