The Microsoft 365 and Security Group is looking for a Senior Program Manager that specializes in Windows 10, Office Pro Plus, and Modern Management deployment and usage. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping customers and an end to end understanding of technical onboarding to Microsoft 365 and Management services. We are looking for individuals to join the FastTrack team to assist with leading enterprise customers to the cloud providing deployment guidance, removing blockers for onboarding to Microsoft 365, moving customers through the FastTrack process with a focus on active usage and making sure that customers engage the FastTrack Center and partners.

The Senior Program Manager is responsible for driving customers' deployment architecture, planning, and adoption of Windows 10, Office Pro Plus, and Modern Management. They will act as a trusted advisor and understand the FastTrack value proposition, effectively positioning FastTrack to enterprise customers, while eliminating complexity from Microsoft 365 onboarding activities and driving active usage. This role will be responsible for enabling the largest enterprise customers to deploy Windows 10 and Office Pro Plus through presentations, demonstrations, architecture design sessions, pilots, assisting with their deployment strategies, clearing technical and security blockers, and coordinating with the FastTrack scale deployment teams and partners for successful deployments.

The focus of the Senior Program Manager is to design and drive customers deployments of Windows 10, Office Pro Plus, and Cloud Connected Management. This role accelerates adoption of all Microsoft 365 capabilities but is critically focused on enterprise customers that are on outdated version of Windows and helping move them forward to a fully supported state.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Microsoft 365 Planning and Deployment Experience with Enterprise customers
  • 3+ years Client technologies architect: The expertise and ability to explain key solutions and technical architectures in Windows 10 Pro and Enterprise, Office 365 clients and Modern Desktop technology components like SCCM, Intune, AD, BitLocker, Virtualization, Remote Desktop, etc.
  • 3+ years experience Technical breadth. Enterprise-scale experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, and technology management

Additional Qualifications:

  • Superior communication and consultation skills required

  • Knowledge of how to work with Microsoft Field teams and Partners in landing the Microsoft 365 platform with customers required

  • Knowledge of scoping Microsoft 365 deployments and the FTC Benefit preferred

  • Bachelor or advanced degree in engineering or computer science or 5 years equivalent work experience preferred

  • Certification in Windows and Office 365 client technologies (MCSA or MCSE) preferred

  • Certification in IT Infrastructure Architecture (CITA, MCA, MCSE) preferred

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will work closely with enterprise customers to provide technical deployment guidance and best practices, design their migration and upgrade plans, overcome hesitancy and delay, gain commitment from the customer to move forward with those plans, then monitor while the FastTrack scale resources and Partners deliver that plan with the customer and resolve any escalations or delays.

This role will be measured based on Windows 10 MAD, Office Proplus MAU targets coupled with customer health across the M365 services. The Senior Program Manager will champion the vision and strategy for the FastTrack Center benefit, consistently engaging with customers, partners and field personnel to ensure an accelerated onboarding experience is focused on standard, outcome-oriented activities.

This role requires strategic and critical thinking, deep technical expertise on Microsoft 365 deployment and products, problem solving skills. Successful candidates must be a self-starter, driven for results and demonstrate outstanding cross-group collaboration. This role also requires experience in dealing with both technical and business senior leaders, understand professional services statements of work and what's in and out of scope for the FastTrack Center.

CWSP does this through their Emergency Preparedness and Response Department. The Emergency Preparedness and Response Department is a part of the Electric Ops program reporting directly to the Sr Executive Vice president of Electric Operations and is the lead for directing emergency response operations across the enterprise and in preparing PG&E for all emergencies and disasters. EP&R works with Executives, Field Crews, various Lines-of-Business and other PG&E entities to reduce the consequence of emergency incidents and disasters by development and deployment of plans, procedures, protocols, exercises, drills, workshops and orientations on a variety of topics. The ALL Hazards Unit of EP&R is mainly responsible for the Company Emergency Response Plan, and associated Annexes, filing the GO 166, facilitating stakeholder and community outreach. Position Summary The Senior Program Manager will assist in the tracking of department metrics, direct a program that will integrate technology with current practices and find ways to streamline the MA program including the invoicing reconciliation of third party responders and ensure that the department is meeting all the financial goals and adherence to other PG&E processes and rules.
