Join the Apple Media Products Localization team to help us define our future vision, working within our organization to understand and improve our processes, as well as build a framework, so we can capture and measure our impact on the global customer experience. You will lead a small team passionate about innovating within the Localization space and you will use your sharp analytical skills to build meaningful insights to help prioritize valuable resources and improve workflow processes and leverage new technology.
10+ years of people and organizational management in a global enterprise environment
10+ years of Operations, Localization, International Product development, or International Business management experience
Demonstrated success using data analysis to build winning executive presentations
Able to motivate and lead high performing teams
Technical proficiency with experience collaborating closely with engineering and product teams
Excellent communication skills with an ability to influence and communicate through data
Ability to put people at ease with an open and collaborative style
Thrives in an ambiguous and constantly changing work environment
Use your experience to improve our workflow processes working closely with our Engineering and Localization Leads
Bring your understanding of new technologies and innovation in the Localization space to help solve big problems
Use data to measure the quality and cultural relevance of our Localization efforts and it's impact on the global customer experience
Work collaboratively with our Localization and Operational teams to help identify areas for growth
Build partnerships within our Server UI teams and Featured Editorial teams to arm them with insights to make informed business decisions
Manage a small team dedicated to improving our International Customer Experience as it relates to languages
Education & Experience
BA/BS degree, MBA or equivalent experience
