Senior Program Manager

This position is contingent upon contract award.

JANUS Research Group is seeking a Senior Program Manager in support of the NAWCAD WOLF IC2&IS division to perform tasks in support of assigned Distance Learning and Knowledge Management related technologies and systems.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the contracted effort in support of DL.
Serves as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities and representatives on technical and program/project issues.
Oversees contractor personnel program/project operations by developing procedures, planning, and directing execution of the technical, programming, maintenance, and administrative support effort and monitoring and reporting progress.
Manages acquisition and employment of program/project resources and controls financial and administrative aspects of the program/project with respect to contract requirements.

Required Education and Experience:

Master's degree in Technical, Computer Science or IT discipline.
Of the minimum 10 years of required experience, at least 5 years of the experience must be in the management of complex computer systems efforts to include content development and maintenance projects for training programs.

Active Project Management Professional Certification required
