In 2016, we began hosting accredited online Masters degrees provided by our university partners, which provide a more convenient, lower-cost, "stackable" means of earning credentials identical to their traditional on-campus counterparts. We also launched MasterTrack Certificates, which provide Masters-level learning and pathways into Masters programs.
You will be responsible for working with stakeholders to gather requirements and for delivering robust project plans and milestones to deliver on business priorities. You will be responsible for rolling up status and reporting it via several channels (some you may need to create).
You must have a technical mindset and be able to clearly communicate issues, solutions, and any other necessary information across the broad range of stakeholders. You must excel at working with engineering, design, and product leads to drive adoption of best practices for tracking and delivering projects on time and with predictability. You will also need to have the drive and enthusiasm to be an integral part of a technical team, and company, on a journey towards greatness, in part by being able to work together to overcome challenges and collaborate with the wider team and stakeholders to deliver the optimal outcome.
Work with stakeholders across the organization to understand product and feature deliverables
Manage multiple, related projects to ensure on-time delivery
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and tech teams to support the ongoing partnership between teams and understand how the products are used in the organization
Help to create tracking and reporting mechanisms that lead to predictable outcomes, and work with teams to facilitate adoption of this type of rigor
Contribute to scoping discussions and challenge assumptions when and where required
Maintain technical and stakeholder facing status reporting
Effectively handle ambiguity while working to diminish that ambiguity for your teams and the stakeholders
Excellent technical knowledge and an understanding of product lifecycles
Great organizational skills and a high level of oral/written communication skills
Ability to synthesis and solve challenging business/technology problems
Able to prioritize own workload across multiple projects simultaneously and be comfortable working in a dynamic environment
Able to work with cross functional teams to deliver the implementation of new features as well as resolve operational issues
A keen sense on when to tactfully pushback as appropriate to ensure your team is able to deliver successfully
A love of constantly improving yourself and influencing your teams to do the same
Previous experience working with multiple teams with various levels of interest in and adoption of tracking methodologies
