Senior Program Manager.

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead our team, focusing on aligning with company objectives and designing scalable architecture for Java-based applications. Your role will include troubleshooting design flaws, ensuring system flexibility, conducting performance tests, and completing system reports.

Roles/Responsibilities

Meeting with technology managers and the design team to discuss the goals and needs of the company.

Examining and defining current architecture systems.

Designing scalable architecture systems for Java-based applications.

Identifying the hardware and software infrastructure needs to accommodate the company's architectural goals.

Troubleshooting design flaws and system bottlenecks and code quality.

Performing validation tests to ensure the flexibility and scalability of the Java environment.

Conducting system performance tests.

Completing systems reports.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of relevant work experience

Proficiency with Java, Spring boot, Design Patterns, Openshift, MQ and system design

Ability to come up with appropriate solutions with pros and cons.

BFS payment experience.

Previous work experience in an architect role

Advanced knowledge of software architecture.

Experience with the design and implementation of software networks.

Experience with software design and web programming.

High-level project management skills.

Ability to solve complex software system issues.

The annual salary for this position is between $102,000 - 160,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
