The AGL Finance team is seeking a Finance Program Manager to support our global logistics cost and economic modeling.
This is a new role that will focus on providing program management leadership for our dynamic and rapidly growing partner, Amazon Global Logistics on integrating and developing global products and capabilities. The role will lead the integration and development of financial processes including financial transactions, cash flow management, credit control, intercompany, management reporting and financial planning.
The Finance Program Manager will collaborate with business and finance functional teams to establish the right ownership of the financial activities, and set up financial process to effectively support business growth and manage cash flow. The person will create and execute technology roadmaps for the related financial transactions.
You will help develop effective milestones and launch schedules for this work. The ideal candidate will anticipate and resolve bottlenecks while balancing business needs and escalating where appropriate.
Acting as the finance controller, the person will manage the financial health of the product portfolio. The person will be responsible for weekly and monthly metrics reporting, monthly and quarterly business review, and financial analysis to support performance management and decision making. The person will lead the planning process from top line development to productivity improvement, and support long term business strategy formation.
The right candidate will blend strong critical thinking, tactical finance operations experience, and proficiency in financial process development and change management, while understanding and further developing our financial applications.
