In this newly created role you will have the unique opportunity to set a long term vision, strategy and drive the implementation of a new channel partnership model. IP Infusion is forming a strategic partnership with key global telecom company; this role is key in defining the products and the market opportunities resulting from this joint venture. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual able to drive initiatives across internal teams and present a compelling business proposition to sales partners. In this role you will have both a strategic and operational focus.
Manage a portfolio of initiatives that span multiple organizations.
Full project life cycle ownership; successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for major projects.
Mange all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives.
You will create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI.
You will identify interdependencies across various internal teams and drive efforts to ensure deliverables are met.
Report on project success criteria results, metrics, and deployment activities.
Mobilize, encourage and lead teams without direct management authority.
Lead team of both internal and external cross functional partners.
Extensive knowledge of program and project management processes, tools, templates, and management techniques.
Experience leading global, multi-disciplinary teams.
Exceptional problem solving and negotiation skills with proven ability to work across organizational boundaries to drive closure of complex delivery challenges.
Strong business acumen and technical background with the ability to quickly understand and communicate technical concepts and challenges across a wide range of audiences.
Subject matter expert/industry experience a strong plus.
