OCT Consulting, LLC is an SBA-certified, 8(a) small business management and technology consulting firm that provides support to Federal Government clients. We provide consulting services in the areas of Strategy, Process Improvement, Change Management, Program and Project Management, Acquisition/Procurement, and Information Technology.

OCT is currently looking for a Senior Program Manager.  This position is contingent upon contract award.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide the planning, direction, coordination, and control necessary to accomplish all SOW requirements

Assist with the creation of and oversee a Project Management Plan (PMP), a  Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and Monthly Status Reports (MSRs) throughout the program's entire Period of Performance (PoP)

Qualifications

Masters Degree in Political Science, Public Policy or another related domain

Salary Range:  $150,000 - $175,000, commensurate with experience
