What You'll Do

The VP of Commerce Transformation is looking for a Senior Program Manager to engage with the related business units to understand the Recurring Revenue Strategy and expectations. You will then translate those expectations to a set of projects, initiatives and activities that are prioritized and sequenced in a roadmap. You will then execute against that roadmap and report back to the business organization. You do not need to be an expert in Recurring Revenue Strategy but will need prior experience in structuring, managing and executing larger scale, cross-functional programs moving from strategy to requirements to programs with clear outcomes that are prioritized, sequenced, funded, delivered and reported on internally and to the business sponsors.

In this role you will:

Direct and lead the delivery of highly cross-functional and transformational programs.

Bring structure to the portfolio intake process and be accountable for stakeholder management.

Be responsible for all program oversight, including planning, directing, and managing cross-functional team members.

Facilitate meetings with executive business partners and technology leadership to understand business goals and solutions needs, including participation in business requirements definition.

Develop program-level vision, strategy, approach, and implementation plans required to achieve necessary business outcomes.

Lead the creation of business cases, program road-maps, and program governance structures to support Project Managers. Ensures the integrated scope, schedule, budget, and quality of multiple project teams.

Be responsible for developing detailed project charters and plans, specifying goals, objectives, strategy, scope, budget, scheduling, risk mitigation strategies.

You will be accountable for driving strategic partnership with stakeholders in Engineering, Supply Chain, Collab BU and CPS (Customer Partner Services)

  • Deliver a robust and scalable platform to support the shift of our EN portfolio to Smart licensing & Smart account based Entitlements.

  • Deliver a robust and scalable platform to support all of our annuity business across the entire portfolio

  • Simplification and automation of core business processes eliminating technical debt.

You will play a key role in delivering this charter.

Who You'll Work With

You will be supporting a VP of IT working closely with the Executive leadership team. You will be on point for communications, reporting and expectations management within the IT organization, as well as, directly to our business stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in technical or business fields or equivalent practical experience. MBA preferred

  • 8+ years of relevant work experience.

  • Experience in management consulting, organizational development, corporate strategy, or equivalent project management experience in a technology company.

  • Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or Masters degree.

  • Experience in strategy, change management and rolling-out large-scale initiatives in a fast-paced, changing environment.

  • Ability to work with team members to design processes and implement strategic projects that solve business problems.

  • Developed problem-solving and project management skills.

  • Effective leadership, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. Developed written, editorial, and presentation skills

  • Advanced project management skills and demonstrated experience successfully managing a cross-functional team
