Senior Program Management Specialist, Cradle Cincinnati

Expected Starting Salary Range: 28.15 - 35.98

Cradle Cincinnati is a small, dynamic team working to rally partners from around Hamilton County to lower the number of local infant deaths. We cannot do this alone, so our work is all about building strong partnerships.

We're looking for someone who can help us lead the grant management process and support initiatives for efficiency and effectiveness. This includes:

• Ownership of the grant reporting and potential funder application process; maintain organizational structure to keep the team working toward deadlines and goals of all applications and reports

• Becoming an expert on the objectives and deliverables required by our funders

• Track progress and keep team updated on achievement of milestones or areas of concern

• Act as a liaison to our grant and funding partners; Maintain ongoing reliable and consistent communication with Cradle leadership, partners, stakeholders, grantors and funders regarding the state of partnerships

• Manage complex projects that include numerous sub-sites with different goals and timelines

• Visually integrate data and infographics into reporting and application layouts in ways that are easy to read and understand

The ideal candidate would be:

• An excellent communicator, both in written and verbal formats (writing sample will be required)

• Analytical and strategic

• Extremely organized and detail-oriented

• Able to work through complex processes

• Able to excel in both independent and team-based settings

• Experienced in program/project management

• Focused on process improvement; constantly seeking opportunities for growth

• Passionate about equity

• Able to find an answer to the question "What do we need to be doing/What do we need to be doing better?"

Education/Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field; Master's Degree preferred
• 3 years progressively responsible experience in a complex organizational system OR

equivalent combination of education and experience

• Previous experience with grants, government contracts and professional writing preferred
