Description of Responsibilities:
Harmonics Consulting is seeking a Senior Program Delivery Manager to lead our Federal clients implementation of Microsoft Office 365.
This person should have experience leading Microsoft Office 365 implementation teams of at least 15 people, preferably for Federal clients, and have successful, demonstrated experience in successfully implementing Office 365. This person must have demonstrated IT delivery experience and expertise, work well in teams, delegate effectively and communicate with project team members, cross-functional teams, project managers, and client management. A highly-motivated individual with a strong technical, leadership, communication and organizational skills will succeed in this role.
US Citizenship is Required.
Additional responsibilities include:
Lead the contract and ensure that the team meets or exceeds all Task Order objectives
Interface with the client daily to provide technical leadership and support
Manage all the program technical elements and ensure they are executed in accordance to established and validated requirements, schedule and cost
Be the bridge between the project team and the Federal client
Ensure consistency and effectiveness of technical solutions throughout the life of the contract
Develop and ensure technical solutions to meet the clients needs
Review and make suggestions for effective customer adoption and change management
Provide technical requirements gathering support for projects and tasks as needed
Provide day to day support and leadership for multiple projects at multiple locations
Leverage resources to maximize utilization efficiency
Anticipate future needs/risks and develop proactive strategies to address
Conduct and/or attend design reviews, requirements gathering meetings, and other meetings as required
Required Skills and Experience:
Experience leading Microsoft Office 365 implementations with a team of fifteen (15) or more
Extensive IT delivery experience which includes demonstrated experience in successfully leading large-scale system implementations affecting at least 500 users
Professional appearance and exceptional verbal / written communications skills
Extensive experience with Federal customers at all levels (CIO to manager)
Successful experience managing complex IT projects/operations of a nature similar in size and scope, including leading cross-functional teams to a successful outcome
Knowledge and/or experience in managing projects and emerging technologies and industry best practices with similar environments
Demonstrated ability to identify and translate technical requirements into project plans and milestones
Provide clear, technical guidance and direction to staff which leads to resolving difficult to solve problems.
Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to develop new approaches to complex design problems.
Ability to analyze risk and report problems in meeting system requirements.
Experience with cybersecurity principles and best practices
Strong oral and written communication skills and a demonstrated ability to present formal and informal project status/plans to Federal managers
