The Senior Program Coordinator provides administrative support and student services for the Office of Registration and Financial Aid.
The person will be responsible for:
Data entry, answering telephones, and greeting visitors.
Serving as the first point of contact for students with registration and financial aid questions.
Explaining masters-level program policies and advising 1st level Masters students preparing for registration.
Responding to the Office of Registration and Financial Aid email and communicating registration/graduation information to the student body.
Required Skills

Bachelor's degree
Years and type of experience
1-3 years of administrative experience

Advanced: Clerical/Administrative Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel)
