As a Senior Program Coordinator, you'll lead the planning and management of important projects in our organization. Your experience will be vital in making sure these projects run smoothly and achieve their goals. You'll work closely with different teams and senior leaders to ensure everyone's on the same page and that projects align with our overall objectives.

Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions

  • Optimize resource allocation and utilization to maximize efficiency and productivity. Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to allocate resources effectively and ensure alignment with program goals and priorities.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and refine program strategies, goals, and objectives. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimize program outcomes and drive continuous improvement.

  • Lead efforts to streamline processes, optimize workflows, and implement best practices to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness. Identify opportunities for innovation and recommend new tools, technologies, or methodologies to improve program delivery.

  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports, presentations, and updates on program status, milestones, and achievements. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure transparency, alignment, and buy-in throughout the program lifecycle.

  • Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and workflows, implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. Streamline administrative procedures and implement best practices to optimize team performance.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • High school diploma/GED, BS degree preferred

  • 5-7 yes or prior related experience

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

  • Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges and finding solutions.

Pay Range: $26.65 - $44.62 based on years of related experience
