Support the Director of Graduate Studies and handle all administrative functions of the PhD program. Coordinate graduate recruitment and admissions.

Process financial aid applications. Maintain a database of student records. Mentor graduate students, providing information and resources as needed. Ensure that students are complying with relevant policies and regulations.

Required Skills

Two years of college or equivalent, B.A./B.S, preferred. One to three years of related experience.
