The Dual Band Radar (DBR) team within Naval Radars is seeking a Senior Program Cost Schedule and Control Analyst to join our team in Tewksbury, Massachusetts (remote working optional).

Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Cost and schedule control analysis - Maintaining compliance within EVMS for non-DFARs fixed and cost type programs

  • Preparation and Analysis of Quarterly EACs

  • Preparation and Analysis of monthly Program Management Reviews

  • Preparation of Monthly Close including generating Stoplights and Customer Reporting Deliverables

  • Generate and Support BCR/SWA Process

  • Project Setup and NWA Management

Additionally, the individual will:

  • Support the DBR Execution Lead and Business Manager with financial reporting, forecasting, and input into 5 Year Plan and Annual Operating Plan.

  • Partner with PMO, Engineering, CAMs, and Schedulers.

  • Support special projects including but not limited to Gate Reviews, Proposals, Invoicing, Balance Sheet Cleanup and Funding analysis.

  • Review actual costs, coordinate cost and schedule variance analysis.

  • Prepare and analyze monthly Bookings, Sales, Profit and Cash forecasts.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field of study.

  • 4 + years of related, professional work experience.

  • Experience with EVMS, Program Controls (Cost/Schedule) and EAC Process.

  • Professional experience with MS Office, SAP, SAP EV, PMX and Business Warehouse.

The Engineering Execution Finance Manager partners with the Mission Area Engineering Execution Lead and Chief Engineers to drive results; provide value added analysis and promote a culture of financial awareness and predictable performance. Focus areas include: * Influence achievable cost and schedule objectives during program start-up * Drive closure on engineering sales targets * Support Operational Workforce Planning staffing (Demand Focus) * Support Engineering proposal & EACs.
