Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Program Analyst to support NAVSEA PEO IWS 1 on a US Navy ship warfare systems Program at the Washington Navy Yards, in Washington, DC.

Duties and Requirements Include but not limited too:

Senior Program Analysts should have experience with Navy ship warfare system engineering management including:

  • Ability to track, process, produce and distribute deliverables and monitor comment status; collect and analyze performance data; assess and quantify cost / schedule/performance and risk; participate in program management reviews; and prepare and coordinate inputs for acquisition documentation, status reports, briefings and information inquiries.

  • Assist in maintaining program alignment within the Program Office and with partner organizations to include PARMs, Missile Defense Agency, and other surface combatant combat management systems.

  • Assist in the planning and conduct of task planning across Program Office and with outside organizations.

  • Support formal action item tracking and management, including coordinating and conducting periodic staff meetings. Coordinate across the team to ensure completion of tasking and assisting with direction promulgation and execution.

  • Assist in the planning and execution of regular reviews with field activities and prime contractors.

  • Ensure contract requirements and tasks are properly written and articulated to industry and aligned with program goals and the latest computer technology and commercial development approaches.

  • Executing risk management programs; facilitating monthly risk management boards, instruct program members how to identify and propose risks, categorizing risks according to the standard risk cube, develop risk slides for executive briefings, and maintain the risk registry databases.

  • Experience developing, maintaining, and conducting analyses on Integrated Master Schedules (IMS); integrating program activities, associated interdependencies, durations, and resource requirements to construct and maintain program level IMS; providing subject matter expertise and reporting in scheduling, critical path analysis, and program coordination; supporting and mentoring government associates in the development and maintenance of program IMS.

  • Experience participating in change control boards.

Basic Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and fifteen (15) years of relevant experience in program analysis or program management.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Current and Active Secret clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.

  • Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.

  • Often positions self to maintain computers in the lab, including under the desks and in the server closet.

  • Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

  • May be asked to move Audio/Visual or Computer equipment.
