Position Summary:

The Senior Training Manager will require technology or digital media experience at a SaaS company, and is responsible for developing and delivering a world-class global training and certification program designed for quick and effective product adoption. The role will help build a comprehensive training and knowledge program. The role will maintain ambitious instructional design, training programs with high standards for quality, performance, and scalability. This individual will bridge the gap between the technical development and design teams and client-facing teams by playing an active part in the product life cycle and Amobee's go-to-market. Becoming a subject matter expert is required to create and deliver both customized and standardized training. This individual will support, enhance, and maintain our high performance culture by developing a training strategy based on the thoughtful assessment, identification and prioritization of training requirements.


  • Develop, refine, and deliver standardized instructor led training programs with best practices, use cases, and interactive curricula

  • Conduct gap analysis across teams and locations including design process to identify knowledge gaps and prioritize training and development

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest industry standards to provide the most accurate and relevant training

  • Evaluate and maintain training materials to ensure continued organization impact and support for the evolving business needs

  • Measure success through feedback and collaboration with partner teams, trainees, and management to maintain relevant training materials and approach

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with product training and development customer training role at a SaaS company

  • Experiences working at technology or digital media companies is a plus

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or relevant field

  • Knowledge of Learning Management System (LMS)

  • Experience with e-learning tools (e.g., Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline)

  • Comfortable presenting to large groups and audiences

  • Experience with Powerpoint or other presentation software.

  • Ability to collaborate with technical subject matter experts and managers to develop training content and curricula

  • Passion for working with leading edge digital technologies and understanding client benefits

  • Excellent project management skills: follow-through on goals, plans, and projects, project management experience is a plus

  • High level of flexibility and adaptability

  • Willing and able to travel globally, as needed
