Position Summary:
Provide leadership and oversight for the integration and synchronization of all Product Support elements concerning USMC pursuits and program execution as pursuits mature into programs of record. Immediately leads all sustainment, logistics and support function strategies required for the USMC Logistics Connector program.
Responsible for developing the overarching integrated product support strategy, Life Cycle Support planning, preparing deliverables, and executing demonstrations as prescribed by customer requirements. Serve as the customer facing representative on all matters relating to product supportability development for the Unmanned UH-72 Aerial Logistics Connector. Facilitates communication to the customer, broader internal team, and subcontractors. Develops tailored plans and schedules for program execution and to advance solutions, secure the program, and enable future entry into service. Leverages the great Airbus reach back capability to apply corporate resources to Product Support challenges. Is the lead Integrated Product Team representative for Airbus communications to government customer, corporate partners, and teammates.
Position Responsibilities:
1.Project Management: 50%
Ensures 100% on time delivery of Product Support CDRLS.
Leads all Product Support IPT interaction with USMC
Support overall program objectives and development of proposal responses.
Prepares all Phase 2 Product Support capture / bid / proposal content.
Assist in the evaluation and selection of subcontractors and potential partners during program development ensuring consideration of product supportability.
Define Program resource requirements as required (Internally / Externally) for successful completion of the Logistic Connector program.
Define schedule and major milestones.
Track successful on-time / on -budget completion of all milestones.
Manage all specified deliverables and Design Review content related to sustainment and product support including data compilation, development, documentation, and presentation for the following elements:
Reliability & Maintainability (R&M),
Corrosion Control / Marinization,
Environmental Hazards Assessment
Item Unique Identification (IUID)
Diminishing manufacturing sources and material shortages (DMSMS)
Technical Data
Maintenance Concept
Support Equipment (SE)
Manpower and Personnel
Facility and Infrastructure
Packaging, Handling, Storage & Transportation (PHS&T)
Maintenance/Operating Procedures
Training
Transportability

2.Demonstration Planning and Execution: 50%
Delivers the M-Demo plan as required.
Develop, manage and coordinate Logistic Connector demonstration events:
Maintenance Demonstration (M-Demo)
Cargo Handling Demonstration
Prepare, execute, and track demonstration schedules and budgets.
Prepare and deliver all reporting requirements related to demonstration events.
Provide cross-function integration of necessary IPTs to ensure successful demonstration of capabilities as specified under USMC program requirements.

Administrative position only PPE required: Steel-toed shoes are required for all shop floor visits, appropriate hearing/eye protection may also be required when visiting the shop floor.
