We're looking for a full-time Senior Product Researcher to join our growing team in Oslo, Norway, to help us create an online shopping experience that is a pure delight.

At Svosj, our mission is to make online shoppers' life super simple. We are offering a product that lets people check-out on any partner webshop by simply using their email address and get the delivery right to their doorstep.

Our product launch in October 2019 was a huge success with tens of thousands of users starting to use our services within a few weeks.

We have significant backing from Schibsted, one of Nordics' largest and most innovative corporations.

At Svosj we pride ourselves that we make things happen quickly and have a real impact on people's lives.

We believe that autonomous multi-disciplinary teams coupled with a flat hierarchy bring out the best in people. This ensures us to focus on what matters most to us - our customers. We work hard on delivering an amazing product experience and to simplify the everyday lives of our customers.

This opportunity is for you if:

  • You've been busy the last few years at work with generative and evaluative qualitative research.

  • You know where qualitative research will generate the most impact and where other ways of gaining insights will be of more success.

  • You enjoy working in a cross-functional team where you've been overseeing research before and were in charge of weighing initiatives against achieving business goals quickly.

  • You're more than happy to collaborate with Product Managers to ensure that qualitative insights are supported by quantitative research, and encourage them to run research initiatives on their own.

  • You're no stranger to running elaborated user tests, even in the most challenging environments and you do not shy away from utilising any research method that will uncover the true reasons of human behaviour.

  • You're super comfortable engaging with our customers and other people - approaching strangers for quick feedback is your M.O.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working on e-commerce products.

  • Experience at a renowned high-growth tech startup.

Logistics

No worries at all, if you're currently not living in Oslo, Norway.

We do sponsor visas and can absolutely help you relocate here.

We offer competitive salaries based on your previous experience and skill sets.
