Job Overview
Join the forward-thinking team at New T-Mobile as we shape the future of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. As a Senior Product Owner, you'll drive innovation and security for internal users and partners, influencing enterprise strategy while delivering user-centered solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
Define and prioritize product roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders.
Implement architectural strategies and technical designs.
Gather user feedback and translate into actionable enhancements.
Guide agile development and maintain a healthy Product Backlog.
Present solutions to leadership and internal partners.
Provide expertise, coaching, and direction to engineers.
Lead development, testing, migrations, and application onboarding.
Support incident resolution, regulatory compliance, and customer success.
Continuously improve product features and performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Minimum 3 years of Identity & Access Management (IAM) Product Owner experience required
Minimum of 7 years as System Analyst or Product Owner experience required
Strong analytical skills, with experience solving ambiguous problems using data and providing practical business insights
Ability to rapidly assess, analyze and resolve complicated issues, and distill that complexity into simple and concise communication
A tactical mindset, the ability to understand what it will take to execute the vision of the organization
Successfully implemented combination of on-boarding of applications, role-based access controls, policy and password management, certifications, workflows, work items and rules
Experience and knowledge in Single Sign-On, Multi-Factor Authentication, Passwordless, threat detection policies is a must
Experience in authentication IDaaS platforms such as Okta, One Login, PingFed required
Preferred knowledge with SailPoint suite including: Lifecycle Manager, Compliance Manager, Access Request, Automated Provisioning Password Management
Knowledge in Microsoft Active Directory, Relational databases, LDAP, etc required
Knowledge and development using Java, REST API and Webservices required
