This role is part of the ADP Next Generation HCM team and will help build a revolutionary new suite of Human Capital Management products for people across the globe. At ADP, we are Always Designing for People, and our Senior Product Owner - HR Compliance will collaborate across Product, Business, Legal and Technology functions to bring to market an integrated suite of solutions to handle the complex world of HR compliance issues for our clients..


  • Evaluate "build vs buy" options for a variety of HR compliance domains (Federal reporting, I-9, OSHA, etc.).

  • Work with our Go To Market team to assess integration opportunities with a wide variety of compliance providers.

  • Define and validate native compliance products with external stakeholders and our clients.

  • Manage the product backlog. Turn features into stories & maintain the development pipeline to support business priorities.

  • Engage with all members of the scrum team to provide an end-to-end view of product through all stages of development.

Minimum qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in software delivery, with a focus on product delivery and roadmap planning

  • Familiarity with enterprise software, specifically in the HCM space

  • A problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment

  • Driven by collaboration and open communication

  • A communicator and a listener

  • Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies, i.e. scrum

Preferred qualifications:

  • Background with US and/or international HR Compliance

  • Familiarity with HR Compliance reporting requirements:


  • Grievances & Disciplinary Actions

  • Licenses and Certifications Management

  • Company Policy Management

  • Document Management

  • Familiarity with various integration methods (API, ETL tools, etc)

  • Experience with enterprise software integration and/or implementation

Wells Fargo Compliance is the company's compliance independent risk management function, providing company-wide leadership, standards, support, and independent oversight to ensure that all front-line business groups abide by applicable laws, rules, regulations and regulatory guidance (regulatory requirements), meet compliance responsibilities, and manage compliance risks. Wells Fargo Compliance credibly challenges management decisions, business processes and activities, and evaluates and assesses adherence to applicable regulatory requirements. It provides appropriate analysis, reporting, and escalation to senior management and the Board of Directors, sets minimum standards for the company, and gives advice, guidance, and support for compliance risk management activities across the enterprise. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Ownership of the Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) Compliance Horizontal Compliance Program for the Volcker Rule * Support the Owner of the Regulation W and Regulation O CIB Compliance Programs and cross train for bilateral support * Maintain, enhance, and document all aspects of the CIB Compliance Volcker Compliance Program * Liaise with stakeholders in Compliance, Market Risk, Finance, Operations, Technology, and the Front Line, including CIB Business, CIB COO, and various Control organizations * Engage with Testing & Validation, Audit, Regulatory Relations, and Regulators on reviews, audits, and examinations * Lead strategic initiatives for the CIB Compliance Volcker Compliance Program * Design and implement advisory, oversight, and monitoring controls, including policy, procedure, training, and processes designed to mitigate and/or oversight regulatory compliance risk * Advise and support CIB Business Unit Compliance Officers and the CIB Front Line in the creation of processes and controls to mitigate CIB Volcker risks * Collaborate with other horizontal compliance program owners to drive towards consistency in approach and documentation where possible Please note: Based on the volume of applications received, this job posting may be removed prior to the indicated close date.
