The Sr. Product Operations Coordinator is a self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized individual who supports the Product Operations team through detailed analysis, sample management and operational processes. Subject matter expert in areas including, but not limited to: sample order placement and sample management, associated cross-functional communication and ad hoc support for our product development meeting cadence.
Oversight for the Columbus-based product library that supports business critical meetings.
Focused on Digital & Stores channel with support to Marketing, Public Relations & Design.
Subject matter expert with the Merchant Assortment Tool (MAT).
Run reports from the MAT, identify errors and work with merchant team to correct errors.
Facilitate the missing image process supporting Digital.
Understand inputs and outputs of milestone meetings to effectively partner cross-functionally.
Administer live ticket sample management process - track and store samples for historical, current and future seasons while adhering to Sample Library standard procedure.
Facilitate PSR sample management process - use MAT to identify items to be ordered, communicate order to cross-functional partners, maintain accuracy of Excel file throughout the season and check-in samples upon arrival.
Manage retail sample process - place order, facilitate weekly calls, and check-in samples upon arrival.
Pull and coordinate sample pass-off with Merchandising, Visual Merchandising and Marketing/PR teams for milestone meetings, photoshoots and other ad hoc product requests.
Establish and maintain strong relationships/partnerships through accuracy and clarity of communication.
Provide support to cross-functional partners as needed (e.g. CAD printing/cutting, sample pulls, etc.).
Strong Excel skills to support reporting needs, building templates, and creating pivot tables to support detailed analysis.
Manage and develop 1 Coordinator.
Bachelor's degree from accredited undergraduate program.
3-5 years of experience in a product and customer service retail role, preferably with experience managing at least 1 direct report.
Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator required
Medium to high level of expertise with MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
Exceptional communication, prioritization, collaboration, follow-up and problem-solving skills.
Highly organized, resourceful, detail oriented and able to prioritize business critical needs.
Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, while demonstrating a high level of professional maturity.
Demonstrates open mindedness and free thinking when problem solving.
