Job Description


Works with product marketing management to identify and execute on lead generation / sales support activities for specific product(s) or product line(s) to fuel sales of Aspect products in the marketplace. These activities can include content creation in the form of collateral, promotional materials, scripted product demonstrations or webinar presentations as well as internal-facing materials and presentations for training sales to effectively sell Aspect products. Aids in the creation of business plans and product positioning in the marketplace. Assists in market research, the monitoring of competitive activity and customer needs identification in support of product marketing management's efforts to formulate strategic go-to-market plans. Plays a major role in the tactical execution of those plans as outlined above. Works with product management and to develop new products or enhance existing product(s) or product line(s). Position is located ideally in Phoenix, AZ or Westford, MA.


  • Works closely with product marketing management in helping research and define go-to-market plans

  • Works closely with demand generation organization to ensure needed materials are available for campaigns in support of the go-to-market strategies

  • Ensures needed internal training and positioning materials are provided to sales teams

  • Works with product management and engineering to make sure product planning efforts are fully informed by customer needs and broader market research.



  • Knowledge of demand generation best practices

  • Ability to communicate complex information to the market as well as to internal stakeholders such as sales teams

  • Strong customer service and teamwork skills. Professional demeanor to maintain and enhance relationships.

  • Gains exposure to more complex aspects of position, such as strategic planning.

  • Demonstrated ability to learn contact center concepts especially in relation to larger enterprise business systems.

  • Ability to use professional concepts and company policies and procedures to solve a variety of problems and contribute to the fulfillment of projects and organizational objectives.


  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.

  • Project leadership skills and experience.

  • A willingness to learn and adapt to changes.

  • Comfortable with client facing activity.

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field.

  • Ability to pass a background check may also be required.

Job summary The Red Hat People (HR) team is looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor contractor to join us in Westford or Boston, MA or Raleigh, NC. This is a 6-9 month contract with a strong possibility for extension and/or conversion to a full-time role. In this role, you will hire key talent for Red Hat through strategic planning, collaboration, negotiation, and effective communication. Primary job responsibilities * Serve as an internal consultant and advisor to hiring managers from the opening of a job role to onboarding of a candidate * Conduct a thorough needs analysis to deliver quality results * Partner closely with the recruiting team to ensure that their sourcing and recruitment strategies align with the needs of the hiring managers * Become a subject matter expert in recruiting market developments, competitive trends, compensations, and other relevant areas; share knowledge with key stakeholders * Expertly manage communication and cooperation among associates and teams to support diversity awareness, teamwork, conflict resolution, and stress management * Work closely with the Talent Acquisition (TA) recruiting partners to ensure that their sourcing and recruitment strategies are aligned with the needs of the hiring managers * Lead status update meetings with customer stakeholders as required * Develop robust workforce plans that distill into TA plans for each new fiscal year; monitor and adjust these plans on a quarterly basis to match the business environment at Red Hat * Become a subject matter expert in recruiting market developments, competitive trends, compensation, and other relevant areas; share knowledge with key stakeholders * Enhance the process of qualification of skills, cultural assessment, and demonstrative evaluation techniques used to ensure the selection and hiring of the best talent for all openings * Create an optimal candidate experience Required skills * 6+ years of progressive recruiting experience in a technical field, preferably supporting Product Management and Product Marketing roles in a software company. * Advanced consulting skills coupled with a demonstrated ability to successfully shape and motivate senior stakeholders * Outstanding project management skills, including appropriate use of applicant tracking systems and other talent acquisition tools * Ability to handle multiple priorities and take on additional assignments as needed * Experience working in an enterprise software company is a plus Red Hat is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and an affirmative action employer.
