The Worldwide Customer Experience Team brings together the best executive engagement programs and assets within Microsoft including our Executive Briefing Centers (EBC) and Microsoft Technology Centers (MTC) to deliver world-class customer experiences with the goal of leading our customers through their digital transformation journey. As part of the Enterprise Strategic Initiatives team, we are responsible for defining the customer experience, engaging directly with our top strategic and enterprise customers, and providing segment leadership to the field.
We are looking for a strategic thinker and subject matter expert to join the Customer Experience Content Team to shape our Modern Workplace and Biz Apps content and engagement strategy across all our programs. The ideal candidate will have the following experience and skills:
7+ years of experience in a customer-facing or product marketing role
Ability to translate technology into compelling stories
Technical breadth across the Modern Workplace and Business Applications solution areas
Strong strategic and business planning acumen
Ability to think broadly across product areas and technical use case scenarios
Exceptional communication skills and experience delivering customer-facing messages and demos on complex topics in creative and compelling ways
Experience building and delivering product demonstrations
Demonstrate knowledge and expertise in cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging trends specific to your solution areas
Proven ability to build strong relationships, influence, and collaborate with teams across engineering, marketing, and sales
Embrace a growth mindset and global perspective to drive maximum impact
Bachelor's degree in computer science, marketing, and/or experience in relevant fields, required; MBA preferred
Certifications in Office 365, Enterprise Mobility + Security, Dynamics 365, or relevant work experience preferred

This role will have two primary focus areas:
1.Engaging directly with strategic customers in business-outcome conversations
2.Defining the Modern Workplace and Biz Apps content strategy with a focus on achieving consistent and aligned content that equips the field to engage with Business and IT across the sales journey
This role will work closely with multiple stakeholders across sales, marketing, industry, and engineering to ensure that content is purpose-built for the customer journey and optimized for use across our experience centers worldwide.
Key responsibilities include:
Represent the Customer Experience Team as the SME in your solution area focus
Engage deeply with strategic customers during EBC briefings focused on Modern Workplace and Biz Apps, delivering overview sessions on Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 as needed to strategic and enterprise customers
Identify and escalate trends, business needs, challenges, and feedback from our strategic customers
Collaborate with other members of the Content Team on refining the demo experiences within our Experience Centers for your solution areas
Partner with product marketing and engineering to align and define our content strategy, including catalogue topics, speakers, and briefing agendas, with a focus on driving consistency
Develop outcome-based engagement agendas aligned to the customer journey for our Experience Centers to leverage
Grow the EBC speaker pool for your solution areas with qualified and trained speakers
Ensure landing of content with ease of usability and repeatability as a priority
Track and report on content usage in relation to sales metrics and through the customer journey perspective
Ensure there is an open and proactive content feedback channel amongst our Experience Centers
