The Senior Product Marketing Manager is responsible for leading product marketing initiatives for large combat and mobility engine families including segment strategies, product value creation, and supporting new product development. This highly visible role requires strong analytical skills, imaginative thought leadership, external focus, and excellent communication skills to influence key market strategies.
Additionally, as the Senior Product Marketing Manager, Key responsibilities will include:
Develop growth roadmaps for engine families across selected customer segments
Create product value propositions through understanding of customer requirements
Lead creation of product value playbooks
Coordinate aircraft performance analysis
Perform product life cycle analytics
Lead Growth Playbook process for engine product family
Provide engine campaign support to Sales Directors
Collect competitive information and perform competitive assessments
Conduct detailed customer segment analysis
Develop Marketing deliverables for new product introduction
Create product messaging and organize promotion via trade shows, conferences, press releases, etc. through interface with Marketing Communications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
A minimum of 5 years of commercial experience either in customer management / sales or marketing / product management
Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA), Economics, or Marketing, with Finance emphasis from an accredited university or college is a plus
Experience with aviation products and services
Technical knowledge of aircraft engines
Ability to develop high impact presentations for senior management
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills; expert in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Driven change agent with bias for action
Outstanding analytical and project management capability
Ability to work in and/or lead cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
